Raising concerns
Engineering New Zealand manages a process for resolving concerns and complaints that covers our members and Chartered Professional Engineers (CPEng). We welcome feedback from the public and from industry.
Submitting a formal complaint
If someone raises serious concerns about the competence, conduct or behaviour of one of our members or a Chartered Professional Engineer, we may commence a formal investigation and disciplinary process.
Upheld complaints
Engineering New Zealand publishes Disciplinary Committees' decisions from complaints upheld under our Rules.
